Customize the Sharable Summary Table
Navigate to the Summary to see a table view of all your survey data.
View columns, headers and data of everything in your survey in a summary table. This view will be sharable to your clients. You can customize it easily by clicking "Order & Hide Columns" in the top right hand corner. The order of these columns will also instruct the PDF Report that you generate, when there is a Summary Table included.
You can show or hide columns the columns by toggling the on or off. You can also drag the features up and down to reorder any of the columns. Be sure to hit "Update Columns at the bottom of the pop-up.
So just remember that when you generate a PDF, this Summary page is where you go to update the order of the columns.
Note: Navigate to Properties to bulk edit all data within the cells of your table
