How to move your photos
You can move your photos from a building to a Space. Let's say you have attached a marketing flyer to a building, extracted the photos and it pulled a floor plan onto the building. You want to move that over to a specific Space.
Go to Building Photos
You can navigate to the photos button on the building by clicking the three dots on the Building Summary Card and hit "Photos". You can also get to the Building photos by clicking into a Building and hitting the blue edit button on the upper right corner of the Building's featured photo.
Once you are on the photos page, you can see all the photos that have been added to your building. Establish which photos you'd like to move to the unit. Click the "Add to Unit" button and then choose which unit you want the photo to be on.
Once you are finished, click the title of the building at the top of the page to go back to the Building Page. Scroll down to the Units and see the unit that you have moved the photo to. Click into the Space.
Floor Plan Photo
You will find the first photo on the Space level will be labeled "Floor Plan". This photo is instructed to populate a PDF report with the floor plan for that unit. You can drag the photos around within the unit by grabbing the six dot icon and dragging the photo forward or backward. Position the Unit's floor plan as the first photo and ensure it is labeled "Floor plan" before finishing. If you need to rotate, click the "rotate" button:
