ScoutSpace has released a new Property Database that is available now. You can store all property data and space availability in one location. Search by bounding boxes, radius circles and filtering data points. Find all your available spaces, add to a presentation and share with a client within seconds.
Property Database
Navigate to the property database by clicking on the building icon on the left side of your screen.
Here you will find a map centering on the area around all the properties currently added to your account. If you have not started a survey yet or added properties, you can do so by creating your first survey. Navigate here to learn more.
You will find pins or clusters of pins on the map representing all the building records you have already created. Within each property will live the available space and financial data.
Search Database
There are several ways to begin your search. Follow whichever one best suites your needs for this presentation.
Set Radius
Click the Set Radius button to begin. You can zoom into the map by scrolling up or down on your mouse. Scroll down to zoom in. Scroll up to zoom out. Find the area of the map you'd like to begin on.
The "+" sign will appear as your mouse. Navigate to the location you'd like to create your radius ring from. Click and hold on the location and move your mouse outward to create a radius ring. Release your mouse to find all the properties within that radius. You will see the miles of the radius populate once you release your mouse. The number of properties within the radius will appear at the bottom of the screen.
