Account Settings

Set up your Account with ScoutSpace

Account Info

To get started, navigate to the Account Settings on the left hand side panel. Click the Settings wheel. Under Account Settings, you will find the "Account Info". This profile is for your company. Add in your Company's Name in the first line. Browse and attach a jpg or png of your Company's logo. Your firm's logo will show on the Share view URL link as well as the PDF that you generate.

Billing

Navigate to the Billing tab to find all the details for your account's billing. Click Manage Billing to access invoices, edit payment information or change the billing details. Click "Return to ScoutSpace" when you're finished.

If you would like to activate your account, please email [email protected] to find out pricing for your team. Also please email us if you have any questions regarding your invoices or for billing management.

Active Users

Navigate to Active users. Here you can add the other members of your team. Type in their name and email address. When you hit send invitation, members of your team will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. On this screen, you can also assign permissions to your team members.

Permissions

  1. Admin roles allows the member of your team to access all surveys on the Account as well access Billing and Active Users.

  2. User roles gives permission to a team member to access only the survey they have created.

Submarkets

Navigate to the Submarkets tab. Here you will see all submarkets that are currently loaded into your account. To add a new submarket, click the "Add New Submarket" button at the bottom of the page.

Type in the name of the submarket and then choose from a drop down list of Metroplexes that the new submarket should live under. This will help instruct ScoutMagic to find the buildings you are adding to your surveys. Hit Save Changes when you are finished.

Features

Navigate to the Features tab to find all of the preset fields available to add to your account. As a reminder, these fields or features are what will instruct ScoutMagic when you a ingesting data into the platform what to look for in your documents. For example, if you add "Cap Rate" and "Ownership" by clicking the blue check box next to these features, they will show in the Preset Fields pop up before you start a new survey. If you would like to limit the fields/features that show on the Preset Fields, you can deselect them in this Features Settings tab.
