When you are in your survey, click the more button in the upper right hand corner indicated with three dots. Then click Survey Settings.
Alternatively, if you are in the User Dashboard, click the more button on the individual survey card and then hit Settings.
Basic Info
Client Logo
Update your client logo by browsing a file and loading in either a jpg or png. We suggest a PNG with a transparent background for formatting.
Please note, a SVG or PDF will not work for a client logo.
Survey Name
Update your survey name here. This will be visible to the client when you share it out via URL, Inviting a client and on a generated PDF. You may want to reset the URL though to now reflect the new survey name. See below:
Reset URL Path
When you update the name of the survey, you will need to reset the URL path to confirm the URL has the newest title of your survey. If you have already shared the URL with your client, make sure to send them the updated URL so they can maintain access to the survey.
Owners
Set ownership of the survey by selecting users on your account in this section of survey settings. You will able to add up to 5 owners per survey. The information of the owners of the surveys will appear on all client facing interactions of the survey. The owner's avatar will appear on the shared URL as well as when you invite a client. If you would like a broker information to appear on a generated PDF, you will need to make sure they are an owner of the Survey first. You can only add owners to the survey when they are a user on the account.

Survey Display Settings
Here you will find several helpful settings that will curate the desired experience for your customer. See more on each below. Remember to hit Save at the bottom of this screen to confirm the setting is on.
Hide Walk & Transit Score
If you wish to hide the Walk and Transit score from your survey, you can toggle this setting on. It will hide it from both the virtual survey as well as the PDF report. This setting pertains to both the broker and client view. See Below:
Set Aerial Map as Default
If your client would prefer to view the digital survey with an aerial or satellite view, toggle this setting on. It will default to this map view every time you open the survey in both broker view and the client view. This setting pertains to both the broker and client view.
Note: This is especially helpful for a Land Survey
Hide Employee Pins on Map
If you have run a commute analysis on your survey and you'd like to hide the employee pins and addresses from the client, you can toggle this setting on. They will always be hidden. This setting pertains to both the broker and client view.
Note: Alternatively you can leave them showing, and toggle on/off on the Legend Key on the virtual map while you are presenting to a client.
Hide Buildings, Submarkets and Units
The card at the top of a virtual survey that shows the number of Buildings, Submarkets and Units can be hidden. It can be hidden on the share view (client view) on the survey by toggling this setting on and hitting Save at the bottom. This setting pertains to both the broker and client view.
Enable Location Masking in Client View
By turning this setting on, to enable location masking in the client view, this will limit your client's interactions with the actual location of the building you are presenting to them. The virtual map will lock and not be able to be zoomed in on. The address on the building will be hidden on the client view. This setting only pertains to the client view.
Enable Transit Lines in Client View by Default
This setting enables your client to see the transit lines on the survey by default. When they click on the survey URL, they will be able to automatically be able to see the Transit lines around the buildings on the survey. This setting only pertains to the client view.
Hide data cards at the top of the property page
On a property page, there are data cards at the top of the page summarizing the Spaces, Size, Walk and Transit Score. If you would like to hide these data cards, toggle this setting on and hit save. This setting pertains to both the broker and the client view.
Property Card Display Settings
These settings will assist in customizing the property cards on the right hand side of the virtual map view.
Display base rate and OPEX separately
If you would like to spilt out the base rate and the opex Into two different data points on the property card, toggle this setting on. The default mode is for the system to calculate the gross rate from the base rate and the opex and show that value on the property card. This setting will adjust the broker and client virtual view. It will not instruct the PDF.
Hide rate for For Lease properties
When this setting is toggled on, you will be to hide the rate from showing on the property card on the virtual view on spaces that are for lease. The For Sale properties or spaces will still show the price.
Hide Monthly Cost
Hide the monthly cost on your property card by toggling this setting on and hitting save. It will hide the calculated monthly cost on the card. When you click into the
Display yearly cost instead of monthly cost
This setting will change the rate frequency from monthly to yearly. It will show the monthly cost as a calculated number for the yearly cost on the property card on the virtual client view.
Hide rate for For Sale properties
If you need to hide the rate for a For Sale property, toggle this setting on and hit save. It will hide the rate/sf or rate/acre on a For Sale Property.
Display submarket
Toggle this setting on to automatically show the Submarket on all of your property cards. It will show to your client in share view and will appear in the same manor as a feature being displayed on the property card.
Show the date a property was added to the survey
You can toggle this setting on if you would like to show your client the date that you added the building to the survey. This will help you track your progress and allow your client further insights into the presentation.
Show unit info in popover on hover
This setting will show an icon next to the name rate and size. When the icon is clicked, a break out of the available spaces will show in a popover. It will show the title of the Available Space, base rate, opex, electric cost, gross rate and the monthly cost for each space that you have available.
Suite Card Display Settings
Hide monthly cost on suite card
When you click into a building and scroll to the Available Space section, this setting will control the visibility of the Monthly Cost on client view. Toggle this setting on to hide the monthly cost on the Available Space section in client and broker view. Hit save at the bottom. To confirm, click Share View at the top of the building page to access client view.
Notification Settings
Silence Comment & Favorite Notifications
When you invite a client to your survey, they will receive access to the survey as well as the ability to leave comments and favorite buildings. In default mode, you will receive an email whenever your client favorites or comments on a property. This setting will disable those notifications via email.
Notify clients when building are added to surveys
This setting pertains to inviting a client to your survey. If you would like them to receive an email every time you add a new property to the survey, toggle this setting on. Hit save at the bottom of the page.
