Edit Building Name and Address
Once you click into a Property Summary Page, you will see the name of the property underneath the featured photo. The monthly cost will populate underneath the name if you have that data on your property. And under the cost, the property's address will show.
Hit the blue Edit button
next to the Building name to edit the Building's Basic Info. This will take you to the Basic Info page.
On this page, you can edit the Property or building name, the submarket that the building is in, the address and add attachments to the building. You can also add or edit the building's description. This description field will show on your PDF on the Building's summary page.
Property Name: Enter the official name used to identify the property.
Submarket Name: Using the dropdown arrow, select the submarket or area where the property is located. Add or edit Submarkets within Account Settings.
Address: Provide the full street address for precise location details. This field is a required field. This field is associated with google maps. If you are unable to find the accurate address, click Show Details and manually enter address or a latitude and longitude for correct mapping. You can also drag and drop the property pin on the map to the desired location.
Current location: Used when running a commute analysis. Select Yes if this is the user's existing location. The drive time analysis will run a comparison between this property and all other properties in survey.
Subject Property: Used for Broker Opinion of Value. Select Yes if this is the property being evaluated.
Attachments: Upload relevant documents such as flyers or reports (PDFs only).
Description: Write an overview of the property that will appear on the virtual survey link and report.
