Customize Field Names on an Account

This article will walk you through how to change the column headers (or data fields) for an entire account. Each survey created after the change will reflect said changes.

Account Settings

Navigate to Account Settings to get started, which is found on the far left of the screen and indicated by a wheel. Once in Account Settings, navigate to the tab called Field Names.

Our system has default Field Names which will show next to each title. You will be able to override the default field names by typing in preferred names for each field. These fields are mostly related to Space level data. For example, you will find Size, Opex, Monthly Price, Gross Rate, etc listed out here.

The field on the left will be the system's default title. The custom title chosen can be entered in the column to the right of the default. Shown below is an example:

Monthly Price is the system default

Monthly Cost is customized title

Hit Save when you have finished making your edits. These new field names will be applied to all surveys created after this point. They will not be retroactively applied to surveys already created.

To reset a field to the default title, click the black regenerate button on the right of the custom field.
