Bulk Edit Space Data

Edit all financial data, lease information and Space data within one space

Edit Space Information

Navigate to the Spaces in the top left corner on the map view. Here you will see all spaces listed in order of the properties in your survey.

The Space Name and the Property it belongs to will populate the first two columns. You can scroll to the right to view all of the financial data that will live on a survey.

This data includes Status of a space: whether a space or unit is For Lease, Leased, For Sale or Sold. There are columns for List Price, Sold Price, Size (and high range), Measurement Unit (square feet or acres), Rate (and high range), Opex, Electric Cost, Monthly Cost (and high range), Lease Expiration, Date Available, Lease Structure, Lease Type, Term, CAM type, Rate Frequency, Taxes and the Space Description.

You can configure financial data representation based on pricing per acre or per square foot by configuring the Measurement Unit. Input the property’s sale price, and use the size units field to switch between acres or square feet.

After this, you will find any Space specific features you have added. If you would like to add Space features, you can click Edit Features then Add Column, type in the desired feature and hit Add Column at the bottom. This is the same process as the Property level.

Update the terminology used for the Space column headers by clicking on Edit Space Labels in the top right hand corner.

Edit Financial Data

The Monthly cost will be calculated automatically by entering the Size (square feet or acres) and the Rate. The Rate will be considered the Base Rate. The Gross rate will automatically be calculated by Rate + Opex. After you enter rate, click enter and the monthly cost will calculate. It will include any OPEX or electrical cost as well.

Note: None of the financial columns can be removed from the Space level. If they don't have data, it simply will not show when you share with your client.

You can remove spaces by checking the box on the left of the Space Name and then hitting Delete Spaces.

Note: To view what your client will see, close out of Edit Properties, navigate to a building page and hit "Share View" at the top of the page. Any features that do not have data will not appear in the Share View. Additionally, ensure that pricing-related columns, such as "Rate" or "Sale Price," contain the necessary data since these columns are essential for accurate client presentations. Adjust visibility of columns within View Summary (located under the More menu on the Map view).
