Best Practice for Folders
When you log into your account, the landing page will be your User Dashboard. You will see surveys in the center and a column labelled "Folders" on the lefthand side.
To create a new folder, click the blue "plus" button next to the title "Folders" on the left hand side of your screen. A pop-up will invite you to title your new folder. Hit "Create Folder" to finish this step.
Create a Nested Folder
Click the blue "plus" button again. A pop-up will invite you to title your new folder. This time you will see a drop down menu to select which Parent folder you'd like this folder to live. Select the correct parent folder and hit "Create Folder" to finish this step.
On the left of the first folder you created, you will see an arrow pointing right, click this to view the new nested folder.
Edit Folder
Next to the folder you created, you will see the "more" button indicated by three dots. Click this button and then click "Edit". You will then be able to edit the title of the Folder as well as the Parent folder it lives inside of.
Share a Folder
Next to the folder you created, you will see the "more" button indicated by three dots. Click this button and then click "Share". A pop-up will show you a custom URL for this folder (and all of its contents).
To view it in "Client View", click the "eye" icon 
To copy the URL to send to a client, click the "copy" button 
See note under a Parent folder: Sharing this parent folder also grants access to all subfolders within it. Others will be able to navigate through the subfolders in this directory.
When you click into a folder, you will also be able to share the folder by click this "Share Folder" button at the top of the screen, under the title of the folder.
Nested Folders
Nested folders are folders that live within another folder. Find these by clicking the arrow next to the title of the folder and see the nested folders underneath. Alternatively, you can access a nested folder by clicking into the Parent folder and finding the nested folder button near the top of the page, underneath "Share Folder". Click into it to access nested folder.
