Property Database

Search, filter, and analyze every property in your account — all in one place.

The Property Database brings together every property your team has added into a single, searchable workspace. Whether you're sizing up a submarket, hunting for available space near a site, or pulling a list to share, you can do it all here without jumping between tools.

Navigate to the Property Database by clicking the building icon on the far left hand side tool bar.

You can switch between a Map view and a Table view at any time, and your filters and selections carry across both. Map View will be the default view when you click into the Property Database. Table will break out all of your properties in a summary table and show spaces nested under each property.

Find properties on the map

When you open the Property Database, you'll land on the Map view, where every property appears as a pin. Nearby properties group together into clusters automatically, so dense areas stay easy to read — just zoom in to break them apart.

To search a specific area, you have two tools. Click Radius and choose a distance (1, 2, 3, 5, 10, or 15 miles) to draw a circle around a point.

You can use the Boundary tool to draw a custom shape directly on the map. Only the properties inside your radius or boundary will be shown.

As you explore, the analytics bar across the top of the map updates live to reflect whatever you're looking at — Properties count, Average Days on Market, Average Square Footage, and Average Rate.

(Tip: The analytics bar respects your filters, so you can use it to read the pulse of any submarket in seconds.)

Filter your results

Use the Search box to quickly find a property by name or address. For anything more specific, open the Filters menu, where you can narrow your results across a wide range of criteria, including:

  • Status — For Lease, Leased, For Sale, or Sold

  • Data freshness — properties updated in the last 30, 60, 90, or 120 days

  • Property details — property type, county, submarket, owner, or tenant

  • Unit criteria — lease type, lease structure, and size range

  • Pricing — effective rent, OpEx, asking price, and sold price

  • Dates — created, available, lease expiration, transaction, and more

Filters apply to both the Map and Table views, so you can set them up once and switch between layouts freely.

Work in the Table view

Click Table in the header to switch to a full, sortable grid of your results. You can sort by any column, resize columns to fit your screen, and click the arrow beside a property to expand it and see its individual Spaces — including space name, status, rate, square footage, lease structure, and availability — right inline.

To work with several properties at once, use the checkboxes to select rows (or Select All), then add your selection to a survey in a single action. Each row also has a kebab menu () with quick actions to View, Edit, Delete, or Add to Survey.

View building details

To dig into a single property, open its Building Info panel. Here you'll find the property's photo, submarket, and full address, along with its units count, walk score, and when it was last updated.

You'll also see a list of every survey the property appears in, its features and amenities, and links to view or edit the property directly.

(Note: The "Last Updated" date helps you gauge how current a property's data is at a glance.)

Export your data

When you're ready to take your results with you, click the Download CSV button in the header. Your export includes up to 30 columns of detail — covering property information (name, address, submarket, type, amenities) and unit-level data (suite size, rent, list price, lease type, status, OpEx, and more).
