You can add properties, available spaces and comps from the Property Database to a new or existing survey. This article covers the places to start from, the survey picker, and what comes along with each record.
Choose what to add
Start from whichever view you're in:
One row in the table: click Add to Survey in the row's Surveys column.
Several rows in the table: tick the boxes on the left. Tick the box in the header to select every record that matches your search and filters, then untick any rows you want to leave out. Then click Add N properties to survey (or spaces, or comps) in the bar above the table.
Cards beside the map: tick the cards you want, then click Add N properties to survey at the top of the list. Select All selects everything that matches your search, filters and map area, on every page of the list, not just the cards you can see. Untick a card to leave that property out, or click Deselect All to start over. Hold Shift and tick a card to select every card between it and the last one you ticked on that page. Your ticks are kept when you move between pages of the list.
One card beside the map: click the + on the card.
A property's details: open the property and click Add to Survey.
Pick the survey
In the Add properties to a survey window, choose a tab:
Existing survey: search for the survey and select it. Surveys that already have everything you selected aren't listed.
New survey: enter a Survey name and choose a Folder, or leave it Unfiled.
Click Add to Survey.
What gets added
From the Properties tab: each property with all of its available spaces and all of its comps.
From the Available Space tab: only the spaces you selected, along with the property each one belongs to.
From the Comps tab: only the comps you selected, along with their properties.
If a property is already on the survey, ScoutSpace adds only the spaces or comps that are missing. Nothing is added twice.
Tips
Your selection clears after you add to a survey, and when you change your search, filters or map area.
Promoted Listings can't be added to a survey directly. Add the Listing to your database first; see See Promoted Listings on the Property Database Map.
